The edible city. The Guardian
Eat London was a LIFT (London International Festival of Theatre) project produced by Spanish food artist Ali&Cia. The project involved over 200 people, 4 months of cooking workshops, and a grand opening in Trafalgar Square in London on April 28th, 2007. David was one of the six artist facilitators who led the Vietnamese Women Group in Greenwich and the food technology class at Mulberry School for Girls in Tower Hamlets. Together they developed two of the fourteen sections of the full map, where iconic buildings such the Tate Modern, the Imperial War Museum or the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre were cooked.
